Ingredients :
4 cl Marie Brizard (Essence) Jasmine
3 cl Apple juice
3 cl Sparkling water
1 Kiwi in dice
15 Fresh Mint leaves

Preparation :
In a boston shaker, smash the kiwi and the mint leaves. Add the apple juice and the Marie Brizard Jasmine (Essence) Liqueur and then shake. Fill an old fashioned type glass with crushed ice and simply filter the mix in order to see the seeds of the kiwi. Rinse the shaker with sparkling water and top the drink. Garnish with a mint sprig or a slice of kiwi.
