Ingredients :
3.5 cl Marie Brizard (Essence) Violet
2.5 cl Gin or vodka
3 cl Fresh pink grapefruit juice
4 cl Tonic water
Utensils used :
Shaker
Citrus press
Preparation :
Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir for 5 seconds and serve in a collins type glass. Sprinkle a grapefruit zest over the glass.
