Ingredients :
2 cl Marie Brizard Cinnamon Syrup
1 cl Lemon juice
2 cl Pear puree
4 cl Cognac VS
10 cl Apple juice
Utensils used :
Stirring spoon
Preparation :
Pour the Marie Brizard Cinnamon Syrup, pear puree and lemon juice into a tumbler glass. Fill 3/4 of the glass with ice cubes, add the cognac and stir vigorously. Top with apple juice. Decorate with a cinnamon stick and apple wedges.
