Ingredients :

2 cl Marie Brizard® Blackberry liqueur

5 cl Cachaça

2 cl Fresh Lemon juice

1 cl Honey

2 sprays of Bitters

4 Fresh strawberries

Preparation :

Put a spray of bitters in a vintage wine glass, and add ice cubes to the glass to refresh it. In the metal bottom of a boston shaker, smash softly the strawberries with the honey and the lemon juice. Add the rest of the ingredients to the boston shaker and shake with some ice cubes. Remove the ice cubes of the glass and strain the mix to the chilled glass. Spray bitters above the cocktail. Garnish with a strawberry, a blackberry and a lemon slice.
