Refresh the shaker and the old-fashioned glass by putting ice in it. In the metal bottom of the shaker, smash softly the fresh thyme with the whisky. Drain the shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Throw the ice out of the old-fashioned glass and add 3 or 4 new ice cubes to the glass. Shake and double strain the mix to the old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an open fresh litchi and a crown made of fresh thyme. Smoothly place fresh redberries on the litchi. Tip: You can use bourbon instead of whisky if you like.
