Refresh the shaker and the old-fashioned glass by putting ice in it. In the metal bottom of the shaker, smash softly the basil and the half passion fruit. Drain the shaker and add the rest of the ingredients. Throw the ice out of the old-fashioned glass and add 3 or 4 new ice cubes to the glass. Shake and strain the mix to the old-fashioned glass. Garnish with an apple fan, a fresh basil leaf and a raspberry.
